We are opening soon in Northwest Arkansas and are seeking an experienced, compassionate Patient Liaison to join our innovative clinical team. If you're passionate about patient care and eager to be part of cutting-edge preventative medicine, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
The Patient Liaison serves as the first point of contact and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, informative, and efficient environment for our clients. You will coordinate appointments, answer inquiries, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to guide patients through their MRI experience with clarity and care. Key responsibilities include:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for patients before, during, and after their MRI appointments
· Provide clear explanations of procedures, scheduling, and billing information
· Coordinate appointments and follow-ups using electronic scheduling systems
· Communicate patient needs and concerns to clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA
· Assist in collecting patient feedback and contributing to ongoing process improvements
· Support front desk and administrative functions as needed
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2+ years in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Comfortable discussing sensitive health information with discretion and professionalism
· Proficiency with medical scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of MRI or radiology services a plus

Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 7:45am-5:15pm
- Saturday: 7:45am-3:15pm
Pay
$16-20 per hour, depending on experience
