Six law enforcement agencies are collaborating in a new way to bring law enforcement talent to their agencies in Northwest Arkansas. Those agencies are the Washington County Sheriff’s Department and the city police departments in Bella Vista, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers and Springdale.

Whether you are interested in a lateral transfer or a new candidate looking to get your career started, all of these agencies have law enforcement job openings.

Additionally, the departments also need emergency dispatchers and other talent.
