Position Summary

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels across our warehouses and 3PL partners, safeguarding product availability, minimizing losses, and ensuring that our systems (WMS and SAP) always reflect the physical stock reality. You will play a key role in ensuring our consumers always get the right product, at the right time, in the right condition.

A Day in the Life of a Stock Controller

  • Monitor daily stock levels across Nestlé and 3PL warehouses, ensuring alignment between WMS and Nestlé SAP.
  • Conduct cycle counts and full stock takes, investigating and resolving stock variances.
  • Work closely with 3PL warehouse teams to align on receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with Nestlé’s Good Warehouse Practices (GWP).
  • Ensure product freshness by implementing FIFO/FEFO standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports including variances, near-expiry, and write-offs.
  • Provide accurate inventory data to support demand & supply planning.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of stock control, warehouse, or supply chain experience (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and WMS systems.
  • Experience working with 3PL warehouses is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
