Effectively supervise caregivers of assigned area(s) of responsibility. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Skilled in training, evaluation, and process improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

High emotional intelligence, integrity, and creative thinking
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 1 year experience in a healthcare setting and/or supervisory/management experience required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with coursework in clerical skills.
