Responsible for development and promotion of the day-to-day activities of their assigned Hub within the Contact Center in the state of practice.Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School degree or equivalent.
Experience:
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated experience serving as a team lead.
• Participate in Mercy's Preceptor training/experience.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
• Excels at quality assurance screening performed by CCLT.
• Demonstrated record of performance consistently exceeding expectations in Patient Service Agent roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Experience: 3-5 years' experience with medical terminology, insurance plans, verification of benefits, authorization and predetermination. Supervisory experience or demonstrated experience serving as a team lead.
Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
