Location: Fayetteville, AR

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 hourly, depending on experience and skill level

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM with occasional overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW), resistance welding, brazing, and fabrication on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
  • Complete accurate production documentation including weld logs, job routings, and maintenance records.
  • Perform proper pre-weld and post-weld cleaning, preparation, and finishing.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Report equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance.
  • Support team productivity goals and continual improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial setting required.
  • Formal welding education or certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required.
  • Experience welding highly cosmetic/highly polished weldments preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use measuring tools and basic shop math.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to pass visual acuity requirements, weld test, and drug test.

Work Environment

  • Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
  • Exposure to hot materials, welding arc light, dust, and industrial chemicals (PPE provided).
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Repetitive motion and occasional heavy lifting.
