You won’t just be "managing the servers" - you’ll be a key architect of our digital growth, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with our long-term goals of providing care for our patients.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned pro who can talk high-level strategy in the boardroom and technical specs in the data center with equal ease. If you thrive in multi-hat environments, can translate business priorities into technology outcomes, and possess the knowledge to ask the right questions and ensure technical excellence, this role is for you.

You will act as the guardian of our data, implementing robust cybersecurity protocols, business continuity plans, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other industry standards. You will develop and maintain information security policy frameworks and align with standards such as NIST.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage both relationships and contracts with third-party service providers and various hardware and software vendors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15+ years in IT required. 5+ years in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Depth: Strong technical understanding of data center management, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, server management and virtualization, enterprise software systems, and cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365/Azure and AWS.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Must have excellent organizational and project management skills, detail oriented.
