We are a patient-centered busy family medicine clinic dedicated to providing exceptional primary care to individuals and families in our community. Our team values compassion, teamwork, and a positive work environment. We’re currently seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physicians’ practice.
Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays!

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Physician
Room patients, take vitals, document medical histories, and assist with exams and procedures
Administer medications and immunizations per protocol
Assist with patient education and care coordination
Support clinic flow and work collaboratively with providers and team members
Qualifications
- Graduation certificate from accredited LPN school of nursing
- Active LPN License
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a similar setting preferred
