Overview
MANA Family Medicine SW Bentonville is looking for an experienced and reliable LPN to care for our patients and serve our community. We are a growing family practice clinic that truly values the community and our staff. Scheduled Hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be supporting the physician with ensuring clinic flow, revising daily schedules to ensure results and records are available, and triaging patients appropriately. The selected candidate will be refilling medications, calling test results, and scheduling test for patients. Some Point of Care Testing and Phlebotomy will also be performed.

Responsibilities
- Ensures pre-visit planning workflow is completed prior to visit, whenever possible
- Optimizes care coordination with; hospitals, emergency room, consulting physicians, and community resources as needed
- Develops workflow to ensure smooth transition of care for patients treated in facility by a specialty position or other healthcare provider
- Reviews after visit summary with patients when appropriate
- Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow
Qualifications
- Graduation certificate from accredited LPN school of nursing
- Active LPN license
- 1 year experience preferred, but not required
