Overview
The Registered Medical Assistant position is under the supervision of the physician. The RMA will be working closely with a well-established practice in Northwest Arkansas are for the past 28 years.
The RMA is responsible for providing direct or indirect care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic Medical Assistant principals, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Care Coordinator to keep up with physician metrics
- Ensure that patient chart/EMR entries are made accurately and in a timely manner
- Notify hospital or patients of physician's orders
- Willing to learn/utilize phlebotomy skills for our in-house labratory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6-12 months related experience and/or training
