Overview
MANA Family Medicine HarBer is seeking a full time LPN. Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-noon.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a key role in supporting our providers and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient care, exams, and procedures
- Administer medications and injections as directed
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens
- Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs in the EMR system
- Provide patient education and support regarding health maintenance and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and quality care delivery
Qualifications
- Graduation certificate from accredited LPN school of nursing
- Current LPN license
- 12 month Previous clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, or similar setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
