Overview
NWA Pediatrics is looking for a Business Office Assistant who has an understanding of medical records, referrals, physician & patient scheduling and Medicaid. This position will float and assist as needed for any back office employee such as the Business Office Manager and Clinic Director.

Responsibilities
- Assisting medical records personnel by scanning and sourcing sensitive information.
- Assisting the Medicaid Referral Coordinator with referral responsibilities and coordination.
- Assisting the Therapy Referral Coordinator with referral responsibilities and coordination.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient communication, clinic work flow, and ongoing care.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred.
