Overview
The Laboratory / X-Ray Technologist works under general supervision to perform laboratory and x-ray procedures involving a high degree of independent judgment. Performs patient care and reception tasks under general supervision with minimal independent judgment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory and laboratory equipment and x-ray supplies and equipment for daily operation (e.g., turn on equipment and computer, retrieve necessary chemicals, reagents, etc.)
- Inventory lab and x-ray supplies to ensure sufficient amounts are available
- Examine expiration dates of chemicals and replace expired products
- Perform shut-down procedures on equipment at end of day (e.g., general cleaning, flushing lines, disassembly, return
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training
- LLRT Certification
