The receptionist performs various duties associated with routine patient encounters, maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. The Breast Center is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable candidate to join their team. This position may be assigned to any of the four Northwest Arkansas locations.

  • Manage all phases of the patient encounter
  • Open the department on time
  • Monitor lobby and assist patients and/or visitors as needed
  • Maintain the flow of the clinic by monitoring patient progress towards readiness


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 7 – 11 months related experience and/or training
