Overview

We are seeking a dynamic supervisor to oversee reception. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accountability, leadership, and communication skills to ensure smooth department operations and excellent customer service.

The Reception Supervisor will report to the Business Office Manager. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Previous experience leading a team is a big plus but not required. We're eager to hear from all interested candidates with a pleasant attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Supervisory authority in accordance with the organization’s policy and applicable laws
    • Interviewing, hiring, and training new receptionists
    • Planning, assigning, and directing all department responsibilities
    • Appraising employee performance i.e... rewarding and disciplining employees
    • Addressing patient concerns
    • Effective methods of communication for a moderate size group of employees

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 12 to 18 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
