KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Data, Analytics and Insights to join our KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end Procurement Data & Analytics Strategy, aligned to Global Procurement and KPMGI priorities, with a clear multi-year roadmap
- Design and govern a scalable procurement analytics ecosystem, integrating various internal and external data into a single, trusted insight layer
- Design and deliver a best-in-class procurement insight suite, including executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and role-based reporting
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Global Procurement leadership, shaping decisions through insight-led narratives rather than static reports
- Identify, evaluate, and champion emerging analytics technologies, including AI-enabled insights, automation, and advanced visualization, ensuring pragmatic adoption that delivers measurable value
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing analytics team, setting a clear vision and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous learning
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent progressive experience in data, analytics, and insights roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibility
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree in data science, analytics, computer science, business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Proven success in designing and executing an end-to-end data and analytics strategy with a clear multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Deep working knowledge of procurement processes and value levels, including spend analytics, sourcing, contracts, supplier performance, and risk
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (for example, Power BI, Tableau), advanced SQL, data modeling, and analytics frameworks
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to translate complex analytical findings into clear, decision-ready insights that drive measurable outcomes
