KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AMR AI Deployment and Adoption to join our Americas COO organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with regional AI Transformation Leader to support activities that enable AI services and tooling to be deployed effectively
- Engage key stakeholders, including member firm AI Trusted sponsors, CIOs, Risk and Legal team members and develop comprehensive plans to activate tool deployments and support office hours
- Team with the network of AI champions within the region to encourage community-based adoption, drive engagement, and share best practices
- Support collection of usage metrics to track adoption progress, identify barriers, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives to regional AI lead
- Explore and capitalize on additional opportunities to accelerate deployments and improve adoption of AI tools
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience working on large-scale, enterprise-wide change management and technology adoption programs in a professional services or matrixed organization is preferred
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in organizational change, business, technology is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a complex, matrixed environment, with a track record of inspiring and mobilizing geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrated success in deploying emerging technologies, with a strong preference for experience in AI/ML or data analytics initiatives
- Bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is a significant advantage for this role, reflecting the diversity of the Americas region
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to twenty percent
