KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Communications and Change Management to join our Corporate Affairs organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement established change strategies by creating and tailoring communication materials that effectively convey the benefits of KPMG's value-driven pricing methods; craft and adapt compelling key messages into various formats, including emails, video scripts and user guides, to support the rollout of new pricing tools and methods
- Employ a range of platforms, like KPMG Today, Viva Engage, newsletters and podcasts, to deliver strategic messaging and promote the capabilities and benefits of the pricing transformation; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ongoing hyper care to practitioners during the rollout of new tools, facilitating smooth transitions and addressing concerns effectively
- Collaborate with offshore resources to develop and maintain the PCE team's microsite pages, ensuring content is current, relevant and supports the pricing transformation journey; work effectively with stakeholders across the PCE team and functions, fostering collaboration and alignment in support of strategic pricing initiatives
- Collaborate with team to prepare presentations and reports for leadership, demonstrating proficiency in PowerPoint to deliver clear and impactful updates under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate a willingness to lean in and support the team on essential tasks to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor and analyze communication and engagement metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in the firm's pricing transformation initiatives
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in communications and change management, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills tailored to diverse audiences and communication platforms
- Strong verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail; experience with change management principles and supporting cultural and behavior shifts is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in communication technology tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe Suite, video editing tools), with strong PowerPoint skills; experience with technology adoption and user support is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. California Salary Range: $61800 - $126800
