KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist I, Mobility Program Operations to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mobile device deployment; coordinate with HR and IT teams to integrate mobility provisioning into the onboarding process
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mobile devices to new hires
- Monitor and manage the mobility program post-deployment; track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics; partner with HR, IT leadership, and vendors to ensure program alignment with business goals
- Monitor and manage mobility-related deployment ticket queues in ServiceNow; ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate as needed
- Generate regular reports on program performance; analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the primary liaison between the mobility team, HR, IT, and external vendors; facilitate regular check-ins and updates with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in IT operations, mobility programs, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms; excellent analytical and reporting skills; strong proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems and previous experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams are preferred
