KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Digital Management to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests and lead project-related tasks to enhance existing data solutions; work collaboratively with stakeholders from Business Performance Group, Advisory, Audit, and Tax to elicit requirements and communicate effectively
- Provide accurate project estimates and manage resources to ensure timely delivery; oversee day-to-day operational activities and prioritize workstreams to meet business expectations
- Develop and implement AI agents to automate processes and improve efficiency; provide expert feedback on AI solutions used by larger project teams and contribute to strategic discussions on AI deployment
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance data products, integrating new attributes as requested; modify existing reports and dashboards to align with business needs
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork, supporting KPMG's commitment to work-life balance
- Ensure high-quality deliverables following best practices in data management and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience directing and developing data engineering and analytics teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Ability to understand the business value of data and enable partner solutions leveraging firm-wide data assets; ability to make decisions of very high complexity, often autonomously; as well as to build and lead teams of highly skilled and marketable data professionals
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Able to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions
