KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Engineer II, Productivity & Collaboration Product Manager to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership, and business and technical stakeholders to produce product roadmaps and prioritize enablement; evaluate new products and features and lead technology implementation projects with risk and security reviews, working with Organization Change Management for rollout, communications, and operationalization with IT support teams
- Architect new solutions that incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities into SharePoint and M365 to develop smarter workflows and automation; design scalable and flexible architectures using modular design principles to accommodate future growth and adapt to new technologies and business requirements
- Accountable for implementing projects consistent with long-range IT plans and installation standards; work with operations to implement Firm's IT strategy, improve efficiency, and align with business objectives; work with the Global IT organization to implement global strategies, and influence their priorities on behalf of the US member firm
- Collaborate with the PMO on budget estimates, resource requirements, document reviews, and project direction; maintain relationships with vendors and professional organizations; lead the level 3 support team for custom applications, address incidents for supported applications, and resolve technical challenges faced by the development team
- Assist third-party teams in resolving technical issues during integration with SharePoint Online/Power Platform and manage integration tasks involving SharePoint Online/Power Platform
- Provide technical assistance to the Enterprise Architect in creating Technical Architecture Plans (TAP) for SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise and Power Platform; develop detailed design documents for application solutions under development
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in an IT environment with experience managing and supporting products; must have experience with managing all technical and business aspects of Sharepoint Online, SharePoint Subscription Edition and Power Platform for a large enterprise
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with managing SPO features, metrics, integrations with large systems like SAP, SalesForce, ServiceNow and other Azure services across tenants as well as on-premise; must have experience with authentication mechanisms for SP including MFA, OAuth, and Okta
- Proven experience with PowerPlatform components including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerPages, AI Builder, PowerAutomate Desktop and integration with other large enterprise systems
- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations and ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems; capability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
- Familiarity with E5 Microsoft 365 platform and Azure application and services; familiarity with GenAI tools like Gemini, Copilot and ChatGPT and proficiency in use of AI tools for code generation, troubleshooting, research, communications and enhancing productivity; possess strong creative and innovative thinking skills to drive new ideas and solutions; ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
