KPMG is currently seeking a CRM Analytics Technical Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analytics innovative through the delivery of Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, Einstein Studio and Agents
- Accountable for Salesforce CRM Analytics platform, solution roadmap, implementation, enhancements, release management and support; partner with stakeholders, and project team to validate requirements
- Support maintenance of JSON Code back up for Dashboards and Dataflows XMD, replication sync and Dataflow sync, as well as schedule
- Promote significant changes in integrations/dataflows from lower environment to production via Json; maintain current connectors/integrations, and coordinate additional integrations as needed
- Model/run discovery stories from existing datasets based on business requirements provided
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in agile delivery methodology implementing Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Einstein, CRM Analytics)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; CRM Analytics Certification and Data Cloud Certification are preferred
- Ability to write SAQL, JSON and apply to lenses, dashboards, compute expressions; ability to configure out of the Box Einstein
- Understanding of how Analytics Studio ingests data with the ability to transform data using appends, augments and more; knowledge of dashboard design best practices; demonstrated experience mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality; ability to understand and gather Analytics requirements and identify product requirements for future enhancements
- Experience with relational database concepts such as SQL and data modeling, traditional BI concepts such as ETL and dashboard and UX design; knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Excellent technical leadership skills by understanding what needs to be achieved and ensuring the solution satisfies the requirements; demonstrated quick learning agility and strong business acumen with the capability to connect cross-functionally; ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or escalate to higher management, understand trade-offs, and decide at the platform level; understanding of Agile development practice
