KPMG is currently seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Introhive Platform Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management, support, and operations of the Introhive application
- Provide production support and assist with data quality reviews for onboarded firms
- Maintain current connectors/integrations with Sales Cloud, Introhive and Marketing platforms and coordinate additional integrations as needed
- Manage the delivery of enhancements to app exchange products, as well as campaigns and marketing functionality within sales cloud
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document requests for enhancements to integrations and marketing functionality within the Introhive and Sales Cloud platform
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in agile delivery methodology implementing Salesforce and Introhive solutions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Salesforce certifications is preferred
- Experience working within a modified agile framework such as agile development, waterfall deployment; ability to perform duties with the platform; own tasks end to end, and possess a proactive attitude
- Capability to translate functional business requirements to technical specifications for development action
- Ability to configure and administer Sales Cloud or Service Cloud; Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, and JIRA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor presentations based on audience such as junior resources to senior leaders
