KPMG is currently seeking a Research Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team focused on experience intelligence, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Develop as well as execute research and analytics strategies to inform product development, service design, employee experience initiatives, and overall business strategy
- Oversee the design and implementation of various research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, usability testing, and data analysis
- Establish and maintain best practices for research, data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the rigor, validity, and reliability of findings
- Translate research findings and data insights into actionable recommendations and communicate these to stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in conducting user research, employee research, market research, or data analysis, with demonstrated progression in responsibility; minimum five years of recent experience in leading and managing teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, human-computer interaction, market research, data science is preferred
- Strong understanding of a wide range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
- Background working in a large enterprise environment is preferred; experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
- Proven ability to translate research findings and data insights into actionable insights and recommendations, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
