KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Contracts and Asset Managment (CAM) Capacity Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation tools to facilitate data ingestion, and transformation within Power BI
- Leverage ServiceNow to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes
- Integrate Flexera One IT Visibility data to report on End-of-Support (EOS) inventory, and possible impact to infrastructure
- Monitor capacity performance, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation is maintained
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience with strong proficiency in Power BI, as well as the ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems is preferred
- Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow Data Analytics, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting; firsthand experience with AI tools including prompting design, creation, and implementation
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; ability to prioritize, drive quality support in an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; strong organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, prioritize issues, deliver high quality, timely results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
