KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Technology Innovation to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, test and deploy innovative GenAI solutions from knowledge assistants, artificial intelligence (AI) agents to tasks automations to solve complex business problems and enhance our apps and services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques and methodologies to improve existing models and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; work closely with product managers, UI/UX team, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our products and ensure seamless user experiences
- Optimize GenAI solutions/applications for efficiency, scalability, and performance, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability; ensure all the GenAI solutions and applications adhere to ethical guidelines are developed with a focus on fairness, transparency and accountability
- Mentor and lead junior developers; provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in AI development, ideally GenAI; strong expertise with at least one of these technologies such as Azure AI, Google Vertex A, and Copilot technologies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Proficiency in pro-code languages (such as Python) and familiar with low-code platforms (for example, Copilot Studio); practical experience with AI frameworks such as Assistant API, LlamaIndex, and Langchain will be preferred; experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and troubleshooting in a production environment
- Ability to articulate strategic and situational perspectives and apply innovative technical solutions to business problems; capability to translate business requirements and solution architecture into solutions and estimate the financial, delivery and support impacts and quickly comprehend and apply capabilities of new technologies
- Strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; excellent trouble-shooting and organizational skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
