KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, IAM Engineering to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to help drive technical outcomes; manage a team of junior and intermediate employees that perform within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Engage regularly with counselees and those they work with to help continuously improve; work to increase counselees' engagement, job satisfaction, and pride; display as role model for doing the right things and treating people the right way
- Accountable for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to leadership
- Focus on blending between execution and tactical planning as well as participation in strategic planning; contribute to tactical plans and monitor progress
- Interact regularly with management within the department and staff across Business Process Group (BPG)/functional process; influence client expectations and provide appropriate alternatives, suggestions and recommendations for improvements; ensure goals and objectives are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience with advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames Identity and Access Management (IAM) with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Minimum three years of recent experience as a people leader with operational support expertise and a proven ability to manage change and effectively communicate to teams; minimum three years of recent hands-on experience in areas such as privileged access management (for example, CyberArk), certificate lifecycle management (such as Venafi), and joiner/mover/leaver account lifecycle provisioning and automation (such as AD, Entra ID)
- Experience with CyberArk, Venafi and RSA SecurID a plus, and experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) a major plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization while having the ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
