Job Summary:

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for performing entry level administrative duties related to postage, office services, and mailroom equipment. Some duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating/task assignments, delivering mail, invoicing, working with suppliers, and managing print shop requests.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine, affix, and record postage on registered mail and packages, including labeling and scanning for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.

• Other duties as assigned

• May operate warehouse equipment such as forklift or drive company vehicles in order to complete daily tasks

• Coordinate print shop requests

• Coordinate security requests for badges including taking badge photos during new hire orientation

• Assist with Company Store activities including selling Company Store products, maintaining product inventory and answering questions from internal/external customers

• Transport shred and/or recycle bins to assigned locations and move filled bins onto truck for return transit to the warehouse

• Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail including parcels, mail to ship (business and/or personal related) and recurring newsletters • Assist suppliers and the print production environment including contributing to supplier selection and determining processes

• Request new equipment and supplies; maintain existing equipment; and ensure organizational rules and specifications are implemented within the print production function.

• Keep mailroom equipment and supplies in good condition and report when something needs repair or replacement

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers (e.g., suppliers) to ensure satisfaction of prints delivered; answer questions, resolve discrepancies and handle escalations

• Initiate requests for bids, quotes, and purchase orders for suppliers; process invoices

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with up to 1 year of relevant experience; ability to pass a background/MVR check and obtain forklift certification.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Up to 1 year of customer service experience.

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
