Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance for Dynamics 365 CRM. The position will seek to implement functionality to streamline and increase user adoption/experience for driver recruiting systems and processes. The incumbent will be expected to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and the potential to teach or train others.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform intermediate management of Dynamics 365 (CRM) Online entities, workflow creation/optimization and product configuration including UI / form development
  • Support application health and business user effectiveness through security, reporting / dashboards, data cleanup and deduplication
  • Assist the IT development team as needed in migration, deployment, custom development, web resources and data integrations
  • Working under the guidance of the IT development team, support high-quality development by adhering to build and test standards
  • Educate users on how to use, navigate, and correctly enter data into the system with increased product adoption in coordination with OCM
  • Use strong communication and customer service skills to work directly with system users, department managers, software engineers, system engineers, and other staff throughout the organization
  • Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into applications to meet business requirements and objectives
  • Create and maintain system policies, procedures and troubleshooting documentation
  • Work with business analysts and users to surface, evaluate and execute workflow optimization and process streamlining opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field, plus 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Or 2 years experience with MS Dynamics 365 (or other relevant CRM or ERP system);
  • Or 3 years combined relevant experience, education or training.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field;
  • 2-3 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 (or other relevant CRM or ERP system)

  • Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and peers
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
  • Possess technical aptitude with the ability to understand functional concepts quickly
  • Experience as a user or with configuration of MS Dynamics 365
  • Intermediate ability in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Intermediate understanding and usage of MS Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power BI

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
