Description

The Client Partnerships Lead (CPL) is responsible for leading revenue growth efforts within assigned sector(s) and region(s). This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and securing new client opportunities while deepening existing client relationships. The CPL works collaboratively with Sector Leaders, Brand + Marketing, and Executive Leadership to execute strategic client growth initiatives that align with HFA’s overall business strategy.

Job Duties:

  • • Serve as the primary, independent sales lead within assigned sector(s) and region(s), collaborating closely with sector leadership
  • • Proactively identify and engage new client prospects; drive conversations from initial contact through to qualified opportunities
  • Lead sales strategies and capture plans, in coordination with Brand + Marketing and studio leadership
  • Collaborate on RFP/RFQ responses, providing strategic outlines and contributing to proposal development for assigned sector(s) and region(s)
  • Support and train fellow studio leader in business development tactics
  • Represent HFA at industry events, conferences, and associations to build brand presence and generate leads
  • Integrate into sector teams to ensure alignment with expertise and market opportunities
  • Lead regular sales meetings to track progress, share insights, and coordinate efforts
  • Partner with Brand + Marketing to design and execute client engagement campaigns, including tracking and optimization of outreach efforts.

Management Requirements: None

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing or Related AEC Degree

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales environment

  • Effective communicator, networker and relationship builder

  • Ability to influence & collaborate in a team environment

  • Proven experience developing and implementing sales tactics

  • Self-starter, able to work independently, well organized and enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives

  • Experience using Microsoft suite of products and familiarity with CRM Software Systems

  • Some national and regional travel required
