We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team to support a well-recognized, national retail client. In this fast-paced role, you will manage multiple projects, lead change management processes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a remote environment are essential. You will be responsible for driving project success, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining detailed project documentation. Job Responsibilities:
Proficient in all job responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Document approved client changes and implement into existing projects and prototypes, all within various phases of development.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of development, from concept design thru construction completion.
- Designer can work, in an independent manner, to deliver completed construction documents on most client and/or project types, as well as, provide a high level of service for all phases of design.
- Designer can communicate effectively to be seen as highly knowledgeable and/or an expert when discussing design challenges or projects, both internally and externally.
- Investigate, evaluate, and recommend architectural design solutions and independently make decisions on complex architectural design problems and methods.
- Perform constructability reviews throughout the design process
- Works with team and leadership to develop and manage discipline specific project budgets
- Proficient in REVIT with ability to utilize workspaces.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Professional Experience: 8+ years; experience in retail preferred
Proficient with Revit
Education Requirements: Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or an
Architectural Studies degree preferred, but not required.
Licensure Requirements: None required
