SUMMARY: The purpose of the Marinator is to oversee the marination process and maintain a consistent flow of chicken marination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Must maintain a steady constant amount of marinated product and use time management to not let the line go down.
- Must be able to mix proper amounts of spices and water to make brine.
- Must learn the cheat sheet and know all the right codes that are provided for you.
- Operate and read the touch screen panel on the tumbler.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic math skills and read/write fluently in English
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- Safely use scissors, knives and or other sharpened blades
- Preferred
- Previous poultry processing experience
