SUMMARY: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for business functions. This role delivers a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct In-Take sessions with Hiring Managers to gain an understanding of the position as well as the requirements of the position.
- Utilize internal Applicant Tracking System, team member referrals, various job boards, social media, networking relationships and research to identify qualified talent.
- Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Schedule/coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct wrap-up sessions with hiring managers and interview panel participants to discuss interview results and discuss next steps.
- Compose and extend offers.
- Document and maintain notes in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Build excellent relationships with Hiring Leaders by communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Required
o Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field OR 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
o Demonstrated ability to source, engage and attract qualified candidates.
o Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social/texting platforms)
o High energy and have strong relationship building skills.
o Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
o Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
o Valid Arkansas Drivers License
· Preferred
o 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
o Knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements.
o Bi-lingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English)
