Job Summary

The Production Coordinator supports the production team by managing data, tracking production milestones, and coordinating daily communication with overseas factories. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain styles in Style Master on a seasonal basis.
• Issue, track, and maintain Factory Purchase Orders (POs) seasonally.
• Track fabric and trim approvals in coordination with the Production Manager and Trim Department.
• Conduct WIP (Work In Progress) follow-ups with factory base.
• Create and maintain seasonal customer sample tracking charts.
• Track bulk shipments and maintain accurate production shipping logs.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding production status, timelines, and issues.
• Maintain accurate production records within mainframe and PLM systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with mainframe systems, preferably A2000 / A+.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Centric PLM experience a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
