Senior Business Intelligence Specialist
- This is an in-office position, 5 days a week in Rogers, AR

Position Overview
The Senior BI Specialist is a combination of advanced technical skills with leadership and client-facing responsibilities. This role delivers impactful business intelligence solutions, mentors junior team members, and supports BI strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Translate business needs into actionable insights and BI strategies, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced BI solutions, including dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to extract insights that drive business decisions and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior BI team members, promoting best practices and skill development.
- Collaborate with BI leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and client needs.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI activities.
- Stay current with BI trends and technologies, proactively recommending improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar; Python experience is a plus.
- Experience with CPG and Retailer data is a MUST.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or client engagements simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and big data platforms is advantageous.
