Vice President of Customer Success

Job Location: Rogers, AR. This position is onsite, 5 days a week in the office.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven senior leader to lead Engine’s client engagement strategy. This individual will be responsible for shaping the customer success function, fostering deep strategic partnerships with key accounts, and aligning our data solutions with client business goals to drive value and scale.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analytics, category management, and CPG industry dynamics, with a track record of delivering enterprise-level impact. You will act as a thought leader both internally and externally translating market needs into actionable insights, guiding clients through data-driven transformations, and growing long-term revenue through excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Customer Value - Define and execute a scalable customer success strategy and processes aligned with business goals that drive retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management - Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, driving long-term partnerships that align client objectives with Engine’s offerings.
  • Operational Excellence - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team with the help of KPIs and scalable processes to monitor client health and optimize delivery.
  • Market and Product Influence - Translate client feedback into actionable insights to influence product and analytics roadmaps with current CPG and data analytics trends to anticipate client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Client Services within data/analytics or CPG/Retail industries.
  • Proven experience managing executive relationships and driving large-scale customer transformations.
  • Deep understanding of CPG industry dynamics, with strong knowledge of analytics, category management, and syndicated data.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling customer success operations and delivering against growth targets.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
