Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist who understands the critical role of data in the CPG industry and can act as a trusted advisor to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytics, data-driven decision-making, and the challenges faced by CPG companies. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions leveraging Engine’s data services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable insights that drive client success in the CPG industry.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand Engine’s service offerings.
• Support clients in integrating advanced analytics into their decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of data analytics in driving business decisions within Retail/CPG sectors.
