eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale.

As Facility Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our site is clean, functional, and safe.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully operational throughout the afternoon and evening hours.
  • Lead on-shift janitorial and maintenance operations, including overseeing part-time or rotating team members on an as needed basis.
  • Proactively resolve any building, equipment, or cleanliness issues before they affect production.
  • Support the food team in helping make sure meals are set up for the shift.
  • Partner with teams across studio, robotics, and warehouse operations to support facility-related needs.
  • Maintain and organize supply inventory (cleaning materials, carts, tools, etc.).
  • Oversee the management of checklists and systems for recurring facility tasks; delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Clean and paint stages between shifts to keep production moving.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the building including but not limited to building perimeter checks throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, specialized cleaning, or equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor and document compliance with cleaning protocols and safety standards.
  • Support other Warehouse teammates on an as needed basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience serving as a shift lead, site lead, or supervisor in facilities, warehouse, production, hospitality, or similar operational environments
  • Strong communicator who can triage incoming requests and act decisively
  • Skilled at managing people, vendors, and inventory in tandem
  • Tech and systems-literate
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative during late shifts
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, and performing physical tasks as needed

This position pays a 10% night shift premium, with an hourly rate of $30.25. In addition, this position will be eligible to work an additional weekend shift on a voluntary basis, based on business needs. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
