Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale.

About The Role

As a Product Model, you will showcase a wide selection of products for major retailers through photography and video. The focus of this role will be to highlight products that require hand to arm, foot to leg, mid and/or upper body, or other body action to help bring the product to life. Certain angles could include partial or full or face views as part of the overall product presentation.

You will work closely with photographers, stylists, product and production teams inside our Bentonville Capture Factory to bring products to life. Reliability, professionalism, and authenticity are key to success in this role.

This is a part-time variable position with fluctuating hours depending on production needs, which may include weekends. Some shoots may last up to ten (10) hours.

What you will do:

  • Showcase products in photography and video by demonstrating how they function, fit, or are used, which may include wearing apparel or products, to support the overall presentation
  • Collaborate with team members, stylists, , and photographers to ensure products are accurately represented
  • Maintain consistent appearance and energy during long production days
  • Arrive prepared, punctual, and camera ready for fittings and wardrobe adjustments
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful on-set environment

To best represent this collection, we are currently seeking talent within the following general body sizes:

Category A
Height: 5'4" – 6'0"
Apparel size: XS – XL (0–16)
Shoe size: 6–11

Category B
Height: 5'7" – 6'3"
Apparel size: S – XXL
Waist: 28–40
Shoe size: 8–13

These ranges are general guidelines. Final selections will be based on product fit needs, presentation capability, client direction, and the requirements of each shoot. We welcome submissions from individuals of all backgrounds

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a neat, natural appearance aligned with brand guidelines, including hair, nails, and grooming
  • No visible tattoos or body modifications when wearing everyday apparel, unless otherwise specified by the client
  • Comfortable working in front of cameras and following creative direction
  • Ability to stand, move, and pose comfortably for extended periods
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily within a factory setting
  • The noise level can range from moderate to loud
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
  • Working a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 07:30 - 17:50pm

This position pays an hourly rate of $35.00. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state law.
