eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale.

About the role

As Head of Finance, you will be the strategic and operational finance partner at the center of eko’s Capture Factory. You will turn data into direction, helping shape how we scale our people, processes, and production output. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where structure and creativity meet, and who knows how to transform complex operational metrics into clear financial insight. A strong understanding of how labor, logistics, and production flow impact financial performance will be key to success in this position.

You will lead all site-level finance functions including forecasting, labor modeling, cost analysis, procurement, and reporting. You will work closely with the General Manager and department leaders to bring financial discipline and insight to every decision. You will also serve as the main point of connection between the Bentonville site and our global finance team in Tel Aviv to ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment across all financial operations.

What you will do:

  • Partner with the Capture Factory General Manager and department leaders to drive financial strategy and operational decision-making
  • Build and maintain scalable financial models that connect labor, production, and cost data to overall performance
  • Oversee site-level finance operations including forecasting, budgeting, expense management, payroll inputs, and monthly close (supported by an onsite accountant)
  • Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards that track production output, labor efficiency, and cost per unit
  • Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure clear processes for purchase orders, approvals, and cost control
  • Lead scenario planning and labor modeling to forecast staffing and production needs as the facility grows
  • Partner with the global finance team in Tel Aviv on reporting, systems integration, and audit readiness
  • Support capital planning and investment analysis for equipment, technology, and facility expansion
  • Work closely with Operations and Logistics to align production schedules, inventory flow, and vendor timelines with financial forecasts and budgets
  • Build financial processes that promote accountability, accuracy, and agility across all departments

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or operational accounting within a production, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to turn operational and labor data into actionable financial insight
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to build models and scenarios from scratch
  • A strong understanding of cost management, forecasting, and financial planning for operational teams
  • Experience managing procurement systems, vendor relationships, and budgets
  • Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, or 3PL environments and a clear grasp of how time, cost, and output connect in a production workflow
  • Comfort with FP&A or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical, creative, and operational teams
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a build-as-you-go environment
  • Experience working with global finance teams
  • Willingness to relocate or live in Northwest Arkansas and be on-site five days per week. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
