eko (WEIV) is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently opened a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

The Data Capture Associate is a critical role that is responsible for capturing detailed and comprehensive item data. This role will process a highly diverse mix of products and execute data capture with real-world commerce implications. A keen eye and strong attention to detail will be success factors for this role.

What you will do:

  • Open and fully unpack products
  • Prep and style products as needed and prepare for scanning
  • Digitally scan products to capture dimensions, as permitted by size
  • Prep and style oversized or uniquely shaped items as needed, included taking precise manual measurements used to create dimensions
  • Capture all product and packaging information i.e, external and internal packaging information, product literature, specifications, warranty information, etc.
  • Apply a critical eye to all products noting key aesthetic components
  • Identify and note any unique product attributes

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in warehouse production, product merchandising, product styling, product demonstration, or other applicable experience
  • Keen eye for visual details and composition
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
  • Comfort taking direction and adapting quickly
  • Must be on-site in Northwest Arkansas

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects frequently (typically up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly.
  • Visual acuity to read labels, packing slips, product literature, computer screens, and to inspect goods for defects.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily within a factory setting
  • The noise level can range from moderate to loud
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
  • Be onsite in NW Arkansas Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00

This position pays an hourly rate of $22.00. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state law.
