eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first‑of‑its‑kind facility in Northwest Arkansas is scaling rapidly and will reach hundreds of employees by the end of 2025. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are seeking visionary leaders who thrive in dynamic, “figure-it-out-as-we-go” environments and are eager to grow with us.

The Operations Strategy Analyst is the General Manager’s right hand on the business and operations side. You will own factory scheduling, labor and capacity models, operational KPIs, and other strategic operations work. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build inside a fast‑moving startup.

What you will do:

  • Capacity & Scheduling — Build and maintain the factory schedule across stages, shifts, and docks.
  • Labor Modeling — Maintain dynamic labor models and recommend the optimal plan.
  • Throughput & Mix Planning — Translate inbound item mix into target templates, SLAs, and daily goals; recommend staging/slotting to unblock flow.
  • KPI & Reporting — Build a single source of truth for daily/weekly KPIs and automate where possible.
  • Inbound/Outbound Playbooks — Recommend delivery cadence vs operating hours; model dock appointments, logistics trade‑offs, and storage footprints.
  • Systems & Data — Connect spreadsheets and source systems into reliable reporting and simple automations.
  • Executive Readouts — Turn analysis into crisp decisions and communications for leadership and client‑facing partners.
  • Special Projects — Anything that accelerates the factory.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–6+ years in investment banking, strategic finance, operations strategy, or similar; MBA a plus but not required.
  • Advanced spreadsheet/modeling skills. Excel/Power Query/PowerPivot required, SQL required; Python/AppScript/BI tools nice-to-have
  • Working grasp of unit economics, contribution margin, and cash‑flow basics.
  • Comfort with partial data, evolving processes, and tight timelines; owner mindset and strong follow‑through.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can brief operators at 7am and executives at 5pm.
  • Willing to relocate—we’ll support the right candidate.
  • Must be on-site 5 days/week in Northwest Arkansas.
