Our first-of-its-kind facility opened this summer in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.
The Recruiter, eko Capture Factory will be responsible for managing and driving the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates, for both hourly and salaried positions. The successful Recruiter will be motivated, proactive, resourceful, and have a sense of urgency in order to support a rapid-growth environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle, and create a positive candidate experience in order to attract the best talent for the organization.
This position will report directly to the site General Manager and plays a key role in ensuring the site remains optimally staffed to meet production needs.
What you will do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple departments and levels
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand individual department hiring needs and timelines
- Write job descriptions as needed and manage position postings to internal and external platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and colleges and universities
- Review candidate resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate process and experience
- Build talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate records in the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
- Follow up with all candidates in a timely manner as to current status
- Manage pre-employment steps such as background checks and pre-boarding instructions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years proven experience as a recruiter (in-house, agency, or RPO)
- Experience in a high-growth or start-up setting where ambiguity and rapid scaling is the norm
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and employment branding strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
Shift Requirements:
- Must be on-site in Northwest Arkansas
- Position days are Monday through Friday
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise
Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily within a factory setting
- The noise level can range from moderate to loud
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
