Job Purpose

The Asset Services Coordinator will provide support to the property management team in a variety of administrative tasks, including maintenance work order support, accounts payable, back office operational support and many other duties. This position offers a great opportunity to learn commercial real estate and be an integral part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities and Functions

• Uphold Company Vision and Values.
• Provide administrative support duties to include, processing and coding invoices for payment, assisting with rent collections as directed, vendor/tenant insurance verification and certification, documentation of and compiling vendor contracts and bid sheets as directed, maintaining office files (electronic and hard copy) files.
• Assist with all forms of communication, both internal and external.
• Responsible for timely completion of access requests from tenants/clients.
• Adheres to policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as requires or requested.

Education/Experience Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 3 plus years of administrative experience
• Ability to follow oral and written instruction
