Crystal Bridges is a museum of American art located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We explore the unfolding story of America by actively collecting, exhibiting, interpreting, and preserving outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. Founded by Alice Walton in 2005, the museum opened in 2011 and is a public, non-profit charitable organization with free admission.
The Momentary is a contemporary art space that opened to the public on February 22, 2020, in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. Position Summary:
The Campaign Strategist supports the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that connect audiences to the mission and experiences of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary. Working closely with the Campaign Strategy Lead and cross-functional teams, this role helps translate insights, storytelling, and creative concepts into actionable marketing plans that perform across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist Campaign Strategy Leads in building campaign briefs, timelines, and channel plans that align with institutional goals and brand voice.
- Support research on audiences, trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform campaign strategy and positioning.
- Help coordinate creative briefings and cross-team alignment between Creative, Digital, PR/Social, and Marketing Operations.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, pull reports, and surface insights to optimize in-flight campaigns.
- Draft and edit copy or messaging frameworks for campaign assets, ensuring tone and storytelling consistency.
- Track deliverables and support campaign calendars to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas that make campaigns more relevant, inclusive, and audience-driven.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and assets for reference and future learning.

- Insights and recommendations strengthen creative briefs and messaging.
- The strategist consistently adds value through curiosity, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Growth toward owning small-to-mid-scale campaigns independently within 12–18 months.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising—preferably in a campaign, brand, or content-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of marketing channels (social, digital, PR, paid media, email, CRM).
- Curiosity about data, audience behavior, and creative storytelling.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn from senior strategists and creative partners.
- Experience in the arts, culture, or nonprofit sector a plus.
