We’re looking for an Account Manager to be on the front lines of Crisp—representing our brand, mission, and industry-disrupting platform across broker partners and CPG customers. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping brokers and clients translate insights into action, strengthen business strategies, and drive measurable sales impact and value across Crisp’s expanding portfolio of solutions.

This position is well-suited for someone with a background in retail analytics and SaaS who excels at building trusted relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and guiding customers through data-driven decision-making—whether through broker-led engagement or direct CPG ownership.

The Account Manager is directly accountable for maximizing customer success and growth by ensuring brokers and CPG clients are fully leveraging Crisp’s solutions. You will focus on both retention and expansion, collaborating with partners and customers to establish clear success plans, broaden relationships across their organizations, and introduce new solutions that create measurable value. You’ll lead solution-based proposals, present strategic recommendations, and foster strong partnerships while delivering against business targets set by the VP of Account Management. You will also play a leadership role across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience, drive strong renewals, and ensure customer and partner feedback informs the continued evolution of Crisp’s platform and services.

  • Knowledge. Our clients are primarily manufacturers of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). An understanding of CPG and the use of Data & Analytics to drive insights and sales is preferred.
  • Sales experience. You have a track record of success in sales. You understand the value of renewals and upsells. You know how to assess what a customer needs and can guide them to the additional products that will help them succeed.
  • Software as a Service. You know how to work with individuals, teams, and larger organizations to ensure our product becomes indispensable for our clients. You’re comfortable working with new technology and you can navigate unexpected situations with ease.
