Production Manager, 3rd Shift
As the Production Manager, you will direct plant personnel on 3rd shift. You will train and support personnel to meet business demands. Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation Leads on personnel issues, hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective counseling. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site at the Fayetteville manufacturing plant.
Responsible for food safety and quality.
Manage all 3rd shift production, maintenance and sanitation activities and teams.
Assure compliance of all regulations and corporate policies.
Promote continuous improvement in processes to improve safety, cost effectiveness, and product quality.
Share metrics with supervisors to promote continuous improvement.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience in related role.
Experience in food industry a plus.
Experience with production, maintenance, and sanitation practices and industry standards.
