Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer or Controller prepared to influence direction, accelerate growth, oversee financial operations, and serve as a true financial partner to executive leadership at Community Clinic. This position will be based in Springdale, AR.

Responsibilities
- Enterprise financial strategy and executive decision support
- Forecasting, capital planning, and performance optimization
- Risk management and financial governance
- Growth initiatives and operational alignment
- Development of a high-performing finance organization
- Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Improve internal controls, compliance, and operational processes
- Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Support audit readiness and financial transparency

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
- Significant, progressive experience in financial management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare financial management
- 5-7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within a hospital or healthcare system
- 1-3 years of recent CFO experience in a proprietary health system
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data and drive strategic decisions.

- Leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide staff toward achieving organizational goals.
- Proficiency in financial systems, budgeting software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
