Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking a Call Center Agent in Springdale, AR! The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates preferred. This position is Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers.
  • Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately.
  • Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately.
  • Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.
  • Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.
  • Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.

Skills

  • Ability to work and function independently and within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Software.
  • Able to perform proficiently on current practice management system and/or electronic medical records.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred
  • Some customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
