Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Rogers Medical Clinic in Rogers, AR. Medical Assistant certification or experience as an MA is required. Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) is required. This position is full-time M-F and offers benefits including health insurance, retirement, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains patient flow during clinic so as to assure prompt service for patients.
• Obtains vital signs, measurements and laboratory tests accurately, as per protocol.
• Obtains chief complaint and reason for visit using excellent listening skills.
• Maintains exam room supplies and cleanliness for optimal efficiency.
• Assists as requested by provider in procedures and examinations within guidelines of certification and/or training.
• Translates written and verbal communication between patient and providers, nurses or ancillary staff, as requested by either the patient or staff and as skills allow.

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification or experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
